Cooking

Yesterday, I cooked Japanese food at home.
It is very healthy and easy one.
If you wanna eat well-balanced food. you should try!

Simmered Hijiki

                                    ~ingredients~
                                   1 oz dried hijiki seaweed
1/8 pampkin
1/4 carrot
100g chikin
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps mirin


At first, put dried hijiki in a bowl. Wash them and soak in water for 10-15 minutes.

Cut chikin, carrot and pumpkin into small pieces.

Put vegitable oil in a pan and saute chikin, carrot, pumpkin and hijiki. Then, add water.

Season them with sugar, mirin and soysauce.

Simmer them until water almost gone.

Serve them on a nice Japanese plate.

  3. I try to eat healthy, so this one is perfect for me. Since I arrived to Sydney i've tried many kind of japanes food, but this one not yet. So I have to try.
