Miracle lights

I found an amazing natural phenomenon. I always think nature is really great and we can not beat it in any way, sometimes it's also scarely though. When I see or hear some natural phenomenons I just can not believe most of them. It's just miracle!!
Today I'd like to show you "Light pillar"
It is like northern lights. There are some types of light pillar. They are caused by reflection of other lights such as ice crystals, sun, moon and terrestrial souces.
This is the light pillar by reflection of lights from ice crystals with near holizontal parallel pranal surfaces.

Can you imagine? It just happened by chance! It is an unbelievable view, isn't it?
Here is another. This is caused by sun.

This happens around sunset. You might have seen this before. This is also really impressive view.

I really wanna see the light pillar by ice crystal. Should I go to a freezing place?

1/8 pampkin
1/4 carrot
100g chikin
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps mirin

At first, put dried hijiki in a bowl. Wash them and soak in water for 10-15 minutes.

Cut chikin, carrot and pumpkin into small pieces.

Put vegitable oil in a pan and saute chikin, carrot, pumpkin and hijiki. Then, add water.

Season them with sugar, mirin and soysauce.

Simmer them until water almost gone.

Serve them on a nice Japanese plate.

If you masterd how to cook simmered hijiki, you can be a Japanese mother!

What I like in Sydney

I like many things here in Sydney. There are many nice parks, beaches, restaurants and cafes. What I like the most is 'Coastal walk from Bondi beach to Coogee beach'. Its is just amazing walking course for you if you want to enjoy sunny day here.

have a look at the video here and here

Did you enjoy the video and the information?? It is about 6 km and takes 2 hours, so it's not so long but it is long enough to enjoy several beaches because from Bondi to Coogee you walk through Tamarama beach, Bronte beach and Clovelly beach. They are all beaches but look different. Every beach has its own atomosphere. I believe you can find  your favorite beach.

I recommend you go there with your friends since I am sure you will wanna take a lot of pictures with incredible views!!! I know now you're looking forward to the next holiday there! Enjoy your time.
